Better late than never, and before we head out for winter break, I just posted a series of images on a new page for the blog that indicates how keys, breakdowns, in-betweens, and tracebacks should be labeled and how timing charts are interpreted. Almost got that little iPad brush stylus today, but alas, there's not really a use (and therefore excuse) for it. We'll see how long my Willpower of Steel holds out.

I love going back to that ol' drawing board...

It's a BIG one...

So here we go with 160ppi.  We will now be able to animate the Ogre's pores and the Mermaid's scales into the project.  Good luck with that, animation team.
